In today's world you still rely on documents - but most are in digital image form stored away somewhere on your network or at third-party servicers. Documents like check images, electronic statements and lending records are extremely useful to staff who are working with a member to resolve an issue or answer a question. For these needs - we incorporate simple one-click access to most types of documents so that staff can get the info they need without having to jump to another system. Document management and digital signature systems are becoming more widely used as financial institutions strive to 'go green' and get away from mounds of paper. We find these DMS platforms are most often used in account opening implementations - and have made it easy to automatically transmit application data to the DMS through a real-time directDATA interface.
