fiVISION expands the capabilities of your host by reading from and writing to your host processor. 

Host processors are often tightly integrated in Service, Sales and Account Opening implementations.  Here are some examples:

  • look up member accounts in real time for balance, history and other account details
  • perform transactions like transfer or stop payment without ever logging into the host platform
  • use data held in the host to make targeted cross sell offers that are unique to the member you are working with
  • open accounts and create memberships in real time
