Beyond the core systems already mentioned, we field an ongoing stream of requests for integration to a smattering of other systems.  Here are just a few of them:
  • MCIF platforms contain loads of analytical information about your members.  We've been asked to build automated  imports of MCIF data for display in our Service and Sales tools ... and to build exports from our CRM systems to give your MCIF even more data to chew on.
  • Keeping tabs on a properly formatted deliverable mailing address has become important to hold down mailing costs.  For this purpose we've incorporated Address Verification tools into our systems to help check for deliverability by the USPS.
  • fiVISION platforms include a launching point for logins to other Administration Consoles that are used in applications like home banking and bill payment.
... and even some really unique requests:
  • Integration to UPS and FedEx so you can track packages or documents sent to members.
  • Ties to information sources like Kelley Blue Book and US Savings Bonds Calculators to give staff quick access to other information used to serve members.
