The Online Service Request module extends ticket & request capability to a self-service environment behind the PIN on your website. This module allows you to field service requests directly from members any time of the day or night– and then routes the request to the correct place in the organization for resolution – just like they had been entered in a branch or the call center! Plus members can see the status of the request while it is in process. Requires Service Ticket Management module.
