Event Alerts
The Event Alert module notifies system users of certain conditions that have occurred and provides them easy ways to get back to the event. Some examples of where this is really useful are for managers who want to know when a certain type of ticket has escalated, or for infrequent users who want to know when a ticket has been assigned to them. Notifications can be sent to the screen, to email, or via text messages to a cell phone.
