The base cross-sell module allows marketing to build ‘campaigns’ that are targeted to individual members. Staff is then alerted when they come into contact with that member that a sales opportunity exists – and more importantly provides them sales tools that can enhance the probability of a successful conversation! Build in talking points, reminders, links to other information – and keep track of the status of each sales opportunity. Members are linked to a campaign by uploading a file that can be created by your MCIF system or from another source. Includes Goal & Referral Tracking module and Sales Reporting capabilities. For all of these types of sales campaigns, you’ll want to track how effective they are. The Goal & Referral Tracking module gives you the ability to set up goals for each campaign at a company, department, branch or individual level. If goals are established – the system then automatically track which user changed status of a sales opportunity – and gives you the reporting tools to see how the team is performing against expectations.
